Butterscotch Angel Delight with fresh bananas and whipped cream makes a delicious Banana-Scotch Pie!

Shopping list

  • 1 Angel Delight Butterscotch flavour
  • 300ml Chilled fresh milk
  • 4 Digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 2 Bananas, sliced


    1. Divide the crushed biscuits between 4 dessert bowls
    2. Pour 300ml of chilled fresh semi-skimmed milk or whole milk into a basin
    3. Add the Angel Delight and whisk until light and creamy
    4. Pour over the biscuit base and transfer to the fridge and allow to set
    5. To finish decorate with sliced banana and serve

    Hints and tips:

    • To prevent the banana from browning, sprinkle some lemon juice over it.
    • For a special occasion serve with some whipped cream and chopped nuts.
